I specialize in relaxation massage, deep tissue therapy, TMJ treatment, and pregnancy massage. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs—whether you’re looking to relieve tension, manage stress, alleviate jaw discomfort, or find comfort and support during pregnancy.

My approach combines therapeutic techniques with a calm, client-centered experience. I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you can relax, heal, and reconnect with your body.

Once you’ve chosen a time and day that works best for you, you’ll receive a health history form. To ensure you get the most out of your session, please take a moment to complete it ahead of time. This helps me tailor the treatment to your specific needs while maximizing your time on the table.

I work out of a home-based clinic. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time so I have adequate time to reset the room and ensure a smooth transition for the client before you.

Cancellation Policy: As a small business, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to the half treatment fee, payable via e-transfer.
